Mental Health & Clinical Practice

Psychosocial assessment, risk screening and collaborative, trauma-informed support developed through supervised clinical placement.

Scope of Practice

My mental health experience was developed through a supervised clinical placement within a mental health and counselling setting, working under professional supervision as part of my Master of Social Work training. This included conducting intake interviews, psychosocial assessments and risk screenings; developing collaborative support plans; co-facilitating psychoeducational group programs; and coordinating referrals to appropriate internal and external services.

This page describes experience gained through supervised placement, not independent clinical or therapeutic practice.

Areas of Focus

Support I have contributed to has covered anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties and broader psychosocial stress — always working under supervision, with accurate documentation, and within a multidisciplinary team.

This page is informational and does not provide clinical assessment, therapy or crisis intervention online. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis support line in your area.
