Social Work

Person-centred, strengths-based and trauma-informed practice across community and social service settings.

Practice Focus

My social work practice centres on engagement, assessment and collaborative casework — meeting people where they are, understanding their strengths as well as their needs, and working alongside them toward practical, sustainable outcomes.

This has included conducting intake interviews and holistic assessments, developing case plans grounded in each person’s goals and circumstances, coordinating referrals across health, community and social service systems, and advocating for access to appropriate support. I bring the same strengths-based, culturally responsive approach whether working with an individual, a family or a wider community.

Collaborative Practice

Good casework rarely happens in isolation. I work collaboratively with allied health professionals, community organisations, schools and other services to coordinate support that responds to the whole of a person’s situation — not just the presenting issue.
